She was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had from when to go, how to order the parks, what rides to make sure we try, lightning lanes and everything in between. I loved the advice she gave us about character meals and dining, and that she made all these reservations for us ahead of time. She also met with us before our trip to review the Disney World app so that it was easy to navigate while we were away. Truly, such great support. It was so incredible to arrive for our vacation and feel prepared and ready to just dive in and enjoy all the special moments.
