Pure Magic Vacations was founded in 2011 by Carolyn Williams, a leader whose infectious love for Disney was only rivaled by her love for her family.

Carolyn’s friends all knew her passion for Disney and Orlando vacations and they would often ask for her help to plan their trips, that was the beginning of Carolyn’s journey in the industry.  She returned to school and received her certificate in travel and tourism before joining a large national agency to gain experience.  

With the experience under her belt, Carolyn decided it was time to build an agency where she could focus on what she loved.  She was passionate about planning vacations that made special memories for her clients like she had with her family.  

Carolyn established herself as a superior leader in the industry and attracted agents who shared her passion.  She was a mentor who set the vision and principles that the agents carry on in her legacy today.  Carolyn’s life and business partner continues to lead the team of agents and carries on the dream they created together many years ago.

All the agents at Pure Magic Vacations have traveled extensively to the Disney Parks, Disney Resorts and have cruised on the beautiful ships of the Disney Cruise Line.  They visit Universal Orlando Parks and Resorts and enjoy various destinations around the globe.

They are all graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge, UniversalAndU Program, Agent Education Programs and industry training on various destinations and products.
