We are extremely pleased with the level of expertise and efficiency that we received from Danielle Aubin. It was our very first Disney trip as a family with young children (ages 2 and 4) and older seniors (ages 78 and 87), and we ourselves as adults had not been back to Disney World in nearly 10 years.

We were impressed by Danielle’s knowledge and speed of responses, even including when she herself was traveling. Our trip was a success because Danielle provided us with a lot of key advice and information, which removed a lot of unknowns and also sped up the process for getting to and working our way around the parks. She was very upfront and honest about how she is compensated for her time and service, but regardless still offered to help us with any and all parts of our trip.

We were a little late in planning our trip and had no idea where to start, including even which travel dates, and where to even go - we started out all over the map in Florida. Danielle helped us cast the net wide and narrow down the scope of our trip, finally landing on a package for Disney World hotels and multiple-day park entry. She also helped us rent an electric scooter for a member of our traveling party and made honest recommendations about extra activities such as character dining, etc.

In the weeks before the trip, we received “how to” video tutorials on navigating the My Disney Experience app, as well as a height restriction list for each theme park, and how to maximize the use of Lighting Lanes should you wish to purchase those passes. Danielle also offered a video chat in the week prior to our departure to walk us through tips on popular rides, security at park entry, efficient ways to scan passes, drink/meal options, what to bring into the parks, etc. In the days before our trip, Danielle even offered to stay in touch in case we ran into any trouble on our trip - when the resort indicated that they could not locate the electric scooter upon pickup, we contacted Danielle and she responded to our message to offer troubleshooting support immediately.

We sincerely appreciated all of her insider advice, and by following her priceless tips we had a very successful trip.

We would definitely highly recommend Danielle to anyone thinking of taking a trip to Disney or Universal, and although it may be a few years or more before we can get back to Disney World, we will be sure regardless to call Danielle again the minute we are heading back - she is awesome. - Gord Erika
