My Husband, Norm Hewitt and myself contacted Kalie McKenna about an all-inclusive golf and seaside resort vacation in Punta Cana. We contacted her on a Saturday in December and had the trip booked by the next day. We were very impressed that she worked on our trip even though it was Sunday. She followed up by booking our six rounds of golf. Our departure was delayed for several hours because of bad weather and she was keeping us updated with all the changes. She responded to any concerns or questions we had promptly to resolve them and even followed up on our arrival to make sure we had our transfer from the airport to the resort even though it about 3:30am. Marie Radassao organized a very comprehensive family trip. We spent a few days at Walt Disney World and then a few days cruising with Disney. Marie handled all the bookings, all the transportation from air port to hotel to city to board the ship, etc. It was all handled professionally, effectively and efficiently.
