Whether you are a young Mouseketeer or just young at heart, at Pure Magic Vacations we know that meeting your favorite characters can be a thrill. Who doesn’t love a hug from Mickey Mouse or a high five from Pluto? We also know that meeting your favorite characters can be tricky when visiting Walt Disney World. Characters may only be meeting for specific times at specific places. Throughout the parks and resorts there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy a delicious meal while also meeting with your favorite characters.  Dining reservations will open 60 days before you check in to your Walt Disney World hotel or if staying off site 60 days before the date you would like to dine! We have created this guide to make you aware of all the possible restaurants you can choose from when your dining window opens:

Magic Kingdom:
Crystal Palace (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

It’s always Friendship Day inside this Victorian style greenhouse. Celebrate with Winnie the Pooh and his hundred acre friends as they make their way around the restaurant to greet guests with photos and autographs.

Cinderella’s Royal Table (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

Cinderella is excitedly waiting to meet your acquaintance in the Grand Hall to welcome you to her castle. Make your way up the magical staircase into the dining room where you will feast on a delicious meal. During your meal Cinderella’s princess friends will make their way around the restaurant to take photos and sign autographs with all guests.

EPCOT:
Garden Grill (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

Visit with Chip & Dale and their farmer friends and enjoy a harvest feast at this slow rotating restaurant. Garden Grill will provide you with many sights and sounds of the beautiful Land pavilion as well as the Living with the Land ride with scenes such as the rainforest, farmhouse, thunderstorms and more!

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Disney Dining Plan - 1 table service credit for breakfast; 2 table service credits for lunch & dinner

Enter a medieval castle filled with Norwegian inspired fare and beloved fairytale princesses. During your meal you will enjoy a promenade of 5 different Disney Princesses - this line up may change daily so the 5 princesses will be a surprise until your meal!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
Hollywood & Vine: Disney Junior Play n' Dine and Minnie’s Seasonal Dine (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

The type of character meal you will enjoy will depend on the time of day you book your meal. During breakfast you will meet and greet with your favorite Disney Junior characters. However, if you decide to dine during lunch or dinner you will enjoy one of Minnie’s seasonal dining parties! During the beginning of the year you will enjoy Minnie’s Silver Screen Dine followed by Minnie’s Summertime Dine. Once spooky season hits you will then get to see Minnie and friends in their Halloween costumes and of course at Christmas time characters will be in their holiday best for Minnie’s Holiday Dine.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom:
Tusker House (breakfast, lunch & dinner)

Located in the heart of Africa in Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park is this lively Harambe marketplace offering a buffet of fantastic favorites and new flavours. You may encounter Donald Duck and his Disney friends dressed in their adventurer best as they greet guests and get ready for an expedition of new discoveries.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort:
Ohana: Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo & Stitch (breakfast)

Although Ohana is open for breakfast & dinner, it is only a character meal during breakfast. Here you can meet Lilo, Stitch and friends while you dine on an American breakfast with Polynesian flavours.
