This was my first ever vacation. And I have been saving for years to be able to do this trip with my daughter. This trip was extremely important to me as it was the first time me and my daughter would be doing anything like this. I wanted it to be perfect and with that came a lot of stress and anxiety. This is where Kimberly saved the day. I had no idea what I was doing how to book or do anything. She was extremely professional, efficient kind and patient with me as I changed my mind 1 million times and had tons of questions she was prompt to answer. She gave me extremely detailed answers when she did answer. Answered all of my questions and concerns and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
