She even called and talked with me at length about what I wanted and what could be done. At one point I found out about a discount I was eligible for and she was already making the change by the time I mentioned it to her. She really did a lot to help us get the best possible rate. She was very quick with responses to questions and her recommendations were wonderful. She kept in constant contact with us right up until the day we left. Last year (2022) we took a gamble and reached out to Pure Magic Vacations to help plan our trip to Disneyland as our previous trip was fun but caused a lot of stress. We got paired with Pam Healy and to say it was a blessing is selling it short.Pam gave us various options for the time frame we gave her and added in her personal recommendations that resulted in a really good trip. Any hiccups were easily managed/handled by her. Our experience was so good that we came right back to have Pam help us plan our first trip to Disneyworld.
