Restaurants always on my dining list: Boatwright's Dining Hall at Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside has my favourite meal!

Other places I travel to:  Cabo San Lucas, San Diego, San Francisco, Ireland, Scotland, Nicaragua, Punta Cana, Mayan Riviera and many times to Cuba.

Favourite trip memory: When my son Noah was 6 we visited WDW for a week after our Very Merry Disney Cruise vacation.  We were in Epcot and there was a huge character line, where people had been waiting for 2 hours.  Just arriving, we figured it was too late for us to join the line for the unknown character, so we went to the washroom to freshen up.  As I was standing outside the rest area, I see Noah come out and low and behold, Santa came out of an unmarked side door and very casually took Noah by the hand and paraded him along the route to his chair where he lifted him up on his knee and began chatting as if this was the most ordinary of circumstances.  Noah never hesitated and went along with the event as if had been planned and practised.  I was gobsmacked and teary-eyed: this was truly a magical moment.

My Bucket List Trip: Santorini, Greece and Aulani,  A Disney Resort and Spa are on the top of my list.
