Kimberly Woeldike at Pure Magic Vacations is our gal. We have booked one trip to Disney World and one trip to Disneyland with her and we are very happy with the service she provides. She is speedy fast at replying to emails. Sometimes with in seconds. Kimberly will provide multiple prices of accomodations to fit your needs and budget. She helped us with reservations for dinners and tours. She is very kind and patient because I change my mind a lot and she keeps up well and never makes me feel like I have waisted her time. Sometimes we even chat as friends. A few weeks after booking with her she was able to make some magic and get us 500$ off our initial price. Its awesome to have someone dedicated to make your trip magical. She will always find you an answer even if she doesn't know it right away she will get back to you when she does. Shafiq Pirbhai did a fantastic job in booking our Disney World + Universal Studios Volcano Bay vacation adventure! He was patient, diligent and extremely well organized, helping us to setup the perfect itinerary and reserve our sit down meals well in advance of our trip.
