I can't thank enough Pure Magic travel agent Cass Lloyd for my vacation planning AND re-booking of our accommodation and dining reservation following the recet West Jet strike that resulted in the cancellation of our flight and our first night at WDW. As you can imagine, our family was broken with this cancelled flight but not for long since Cass was there all the way assuring us everything would be fine and it was!
