Melissa Franceschetti at Pure Magic vacations was absolutely amazing to work with planning a Disney trip to surprise our granddaughter. She was always very quick to respond to any of my messages. She was also very patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns (read minor panic attacks)while planning the perfect trip. Her hotel recommendations, restaurant recommendations, and tips and tricks to navigate Disney were spot on.
