My family and I were referred by other clients of Jessica MacKenzie to plan our Disney vacation. From the start she was very attentive to our wants and needs and always available to answer questions. She went out of her way by staying up late and waking up early to help us secure our BBB and character dinner bookings.

Unfortunately due to some health concerns we had to temporarily cancel our vacation and she was very understanding and helpful with the process.
