Courtney Snow is the most amazing agent and person ever! She helped us plan a fun family trip for 4 adults and one 7 year old child. We met with her several times throughout the year on Zoom where she got us the best deals, made sure we were organized, booked everything for us from the hotel, parks, dining and more! She is so knowledgeable about everything and made sure to tailor everything to our needs. She went above and beyond and even met with us in person and provided us with a package of all the info we need, personalized to our trip. Throughout the trip, she checked in on us, answered any questions we had and made changes to bookings and dinner for us. She is always there to help and is the sweetest human ever. I highly recommend her for any Disney/Universal trip. You don’t even have to pay for her services (Disney takes care of the cost), though I would pay her out of pocket any day because she made everything so fun and stress-free!
