As a former Travel Agent that specialized in Disney, I typically book my own vacations. But when we planned a Spring 2022 trip, there had been so many changes in WDW, as well as constantly changing covid restrictions, we knew we needed someone with up to date expert knowledge. I 'met' Kimberly Woeldike in an online Facebook Disney fan group and knew she was the right choice. Kim was amazing!!! She kept us posted on all changes, found us a couple of deals, advised us on Disney Genie+, and was a source of reassurance during a very difficult travel climate. Because of my background with Disney and Travel, I didn't take full advantage of all the services she offered - some of it, like Dining Reservations, I liked to do myself. If I had used all her services, I'm sure she would warrant more stars!! I highly recommend Kim and Pure Magic Vacations to anyone booking Disney!!
