We had the pleasure of Cass helping us create a wonderful family vacation. It was our first family trip & the amount of information on Disney can be overwhelming. Cass was available to answer any questions (from us & our kids), provided recommendations and tips as we got closer to our vacation. Working with Cass made the planning process much easier knowing we could email, text, call or even meet in person to figure out our plans.
