Planning a trip to Disney World seemed like a daunting, intimidating task.  I knew very little other than what I had heard from friends and family.  I knew I needed help to ensure I was making the most out of this long awaited trip.  Lucky for me, I was paired with Kelly at Pure Magic Vacations after reaching out to them online.  

Thanks to Kelly, the stress of planning this important trip was taken away and instead replaced with excitement.  I now had her to guide me each step of the way.  Kelly always made herself available and never made me feel rushed despite all the questions I had.  I appreciated all our calls which always left me with good information and next steps.  Kelly always had clear timelines for me to work with and ensured I didn't miss any important steps.  I also appreciated her taking away a lot of the logistical work allowing me to focus on the fun planning pieces.  Specifically, she took care of all our dining reservations, reviewed our Disney app set up, made our payments and always emailed me confirmations and helpful information.  Most of all, Kelly was thoughtful and genuinely cared about our family having a great Disney trip.  Through this process it felt like I was her friend vs. just her client.

In the end, my family and I had an amazing Disney experience - one that would not have been possible without Kelly's help.  We are very grateful to her and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a Disney trip. We hope to connect with her in the future should we be lucky enough to go to Disney again!
