Kirsten Etmanski has helped our family on three Disney cruises. The level of service we received was beyond belief! Because of her expertise she was able to tailor onboard experiences and excursions that fit our preferences exactly. And she does this with an such an infectious enthusiasm it is impossible to not get swept-up in the magic of a Disney Cruise.
