To our Valued Client:

Travel Information:

Please review all the information immediately and confirm that the travel arrangements, including travel dates, times, cities, hotel(s) and passenger(s) names are all correct. Please note that the spelling of all passenger(s) names MUST be the same as they appear on your travel document (Passport, Official Government ID, Proof of Citizenship etc.). If the spelling of passenger(s) names is not exactly the same as what is on your travel document, you may not be permitted to travel through border and customs security points. Unfortunately Pure Magic Vacations and your Travel Consultant will not be responsible for any omissions or errors that are not brought to our attention immediately.

Should you require any dietary needs or other special requirements for your trip, please inform your Travel Consultant immediately.

Travel Requirements:

For travel exclusively within Canada, Canadian government photo ID is required at airport check-in for each passenger. (Although only government photo ID is required, we highly recommend that you carry your passport at all times when travelling).

For travel outside of Canada, a valid Passport is required for entry into other countries. Please refer to the Government of Canada Travel Information website at http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories for more detailed information on country specific entry requirements. While your Travel Consultant may provide you with information on entry requirements for your travel, it is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate travel documentation. Please note that travel documentation is subject to change; therefore, entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

Health and Medical Requirements:

For Travel exclusively within Canada, this is not applicable. For Travel outside of Canada, please refer to the Government of Canada Travel Health and Medical information page at http://travel.gc.ca/travelling/health-safety. This page has valuable information regarding health requirements you must meet for travel to specific countries. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have met the appropriate medical and health requirements for entry to another country.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that you purchase Emergency Travel and Medical Insurance for your protection against the high costs of an unexpected travel or medical emergency before and/or during your trip. Your travel consultant will discuss Insurance options with you that range from Emergency Medical, to Trip Cancellation and Interruption, to Baggage and Personal effects and Travel Accident insurance.

Client Notice: You/your party acknowledge that your Travel Consultant with Pure Magic Vacations, has explained and offered the stated travel insurance options to you. Unless the travel insurance coverage is noted on your invoice and itinerary, you confirm that all travel insurance coverage was declined and therefore not included with your travel arrangements. If you have declined travel insurance, confirmation of the decline will also be indicated on your invoice from Pure Magic Vacations.

Air Ticket Terms and Conditions:

Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise noted by the airline. Tickets are valid only on flights and dates shown on your ticket. If applicable, changes must be requested prior to your original departure date and time. Changes may result in a higher fare and may also be subject to a change fee/penalty which is determined by the airline. Routing changes are not permitted. Unused tickets may not be used for future travel credit. Failure to travel on any portion of your itinerary will result in cancellation of all remaining flights.

Airport Improvement Fees:

Where applicable, are collected at respective airports.

Airport Check-In:

For domestic flights (exclusively within Canada) please check-in at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure time. For international flights (outside of Canada) please check-in at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time.

Check-In counters close 1 hour prior to the departure time of your flight. Late arrivals may be denied boarding without compensation.

The supplier(s) are independent parties over which we have no direct control. We cannot be responsible for their acts, omissions or errors, nor do we assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment to you or your travelling party or group resulting from:
